Replacing our laptops is something to look forward to, but it's not always the best option. A new laptop is not cheap, and it can make your old laptop redundant. Most problems that laptops suffer can be fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new laptop. It means that you can continue using your laptop as it was before it broke down, getting you quickly back on track to surf the internet, send those emails, get that work done, or play those games.
The majority of our laptops are repaired on the day we receive the laptop. The main delay is usually caused during the receiving and dispatching of the laptop. For example, if you send us a laptop today, we may receive it tomorrow or the day after, and the same story on return of your laptop. This is a common issue with all laptop repair companies. To tackle this problem as much as we can, we have teamed up with a number of couriers to ensure that we avoid as much delay as possible by using optimised, next day delivery methods. We endeavor to return the laptop within two working days of receiving the laptop, and we pride ourselves in that.
Our warranty is a return-to-base only warranty. It does however, cover for any parts and labour charges. If your laptop has had a fault within the given time of warranty, we will happily arrange for another repair to ensure that your rights are not affected in any way.
When we have possession of your laptop, we ensure that your personal files are none of our business. It is a strict policy at Revive My Laptop that we adhere to the rules and regulations stated in the Data Protection Act 1998, whereby none of the staff working for us will access, delete, copy, duplicate, or redistribute any of your files, unless given written confirmation to do so. Our quotes are valid for 7 days only due to the ever-changing prices of parts. This becomes valid from the date that the quote was generated on and is displayed at the top of your Repair Quote.
